Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Breadsticks

Pizza Dough
½ T Garlic Salt
2 c Mozzarella, shredded
½ t Salt
4 oz. Cream Cheese
3 T Sour Cream
¼ c Mayonnaise
7.5 oz. Artichoke Hearts, chopped
2 c Fresh Spinach
¼ c onion, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
½ t Smoked Paprika
¼ t Pepper


    Preheat Wolf oven using Bakestone mode.

    Mix all ingredients except pizza dough.

    Roll out pizza dough and prebake on Wolf bakestone for 2 minutes. Remove from oven and spread spinach artichoke mixture evenly on dough.

    Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake about 9 minutes or until golden brown.
