Roasted Broccoli with Garlic
1 ¾ lbs broccoli
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp kosher salt
Pinch black pepper
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1. Preheat the Wolf M or E-Series oven to 475oF in Roast mode. Place a heavy-rimmed baking sheet in rack position 3 in the oven while the oven preheats.
2. Cut the broccoli into large, evenly sized florets, place in a large bowl. In a separate bowl combine the remaining ingredients and stir to combine well. Toss the broccoli with the olive oil mixture to coat.
3. Carefully slide the rack with the preheated sheet pan out of the oven and pour the broccoli onto the pan spreading into an even layer. Roast until the broccoli is tender and starting to char for about 9 to 11 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
